BUSIDO LESSON

A man in a position of authority is often self-absorbed, existing in a state or mind-set of all-powerfulness and supremacy. When people follow his orders and directives, doing as he says, that man gets a false sense of importance and power. A wise leader never shows such defects and learns how not to behave. He endeavors to learn how to balance the welfare and interests of the people with political necessities.
